Whilst every attempt is made to accurately depict the colours of our products, every computer has differences in calibration which can result in variations of colour on screen, please bear this in mind when ordering products online.
Shipping is free to all UK addresses. All items are sent via Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. The customer will be sent an email upon purchase and another notification when the item has been shipped. We will try our utmost to get your order to you within 7 days but this cannot be guaranteed, please get in contact if you require a faster delivery. Please note we cannot post to PO box addresses.
We are able to offer international delivery, please select relevant country when ordering to see the shipping costs.
If you wish to return a product due to damaged or broken items please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receipt and we can offer an exchange straight away. The postage fee is non-refundable. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on undamaged items, please read the product specifications before ordering. Where the product is made to order, there may be a wait time while another is produced.
Items are only exchangeable due to damage or breakages, we do not offer exchanges on colour variants. We accept exchanges up to 7 days after the receipt of order, please contact us immediately if you have a problem with your product.
